- I work with children, adolescents, and adults including parents, couples, and families. Using a variety of evidence-based therapies and a passion for brain research, I treat a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, conflict in relationships, ADHD, and reprocessing trauma. I am an intensively trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist, with other specialties in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Parent Management Training, and mindfulness. I have extensive experience in different clinical settings and am committed to finding an integrated approach that works for you.Right now, I am exclusively offering telehealth services. BFA Kansas City Art Institute, experience teaching and advocating for children, adolescents, young adults and families in the fields of: education, LGBTQ advocacy, art, and theater for the last 25 years.
